Orders take anywhere from 7 - 14 (or less) business days to ship as our products are not only handmade but also made-to-order. If your order is placed during a sale or promotion then your order might be delayed, however we will do everything that we can to process orders. Orders are fulfilled in a first-in, first-out basis.

All items are non-refundable, all sales are FINAL, and no exchanges are accepted.

If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, you must contact us within two days of receiving your order. After two days, we are not responsible for replacement.

Wild Roots USA, LLC has the right to refuse service from any individual without reasoning at any time. 

We do use nut oils in some of our products as displayed on the labels. However, if you have an allergy to nut oils or any other allergen, please reach out to us and we will do our best to cater to your needs as we strive to be allergy friendly and all-natural.
